Property Management & Maintenance
For dues and portal access, common-area maintenance, and issues that may involve an Association-maintained component. Routine requests should begin with property management.

HOA Board of Directors
For board governance, meeting agenda requests, association-record requests, and operational matters that remain unresolved after management has had a reasonable opportunity to respond.
Response Policy: Emails are received and reviewed by all directors. To comply with Washington open-meeting laws, the Board does not debate or vote via email. Items requiring action will be routed to management or placed on the next formal meeting agenda. Individual directors cannot unilaterally waive rules or authorize work.
